What is UpStreet?
UpStreet is the small group and large group environment for elementary-school-aged children.
In small groups, kids are divided by grades for Bible stories, instructional praise and group discussions.
In Upstreet, children can meet friends, talk about God, and participate in a time of meaningful worship.
We concentrate on 3 principles:
1. I can trust God no matter what.
2. I need to make the wise choice.
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
UpStreet takes place during both services on Sunday
We encourage parents to place your children in the 9am Upstreet and then attend Kidstuf as a family at 10:20,
OR attend Kidstuf as a family at 10:20 and then place your children in the 11am Upstreet.
How is UpStreet structured?
The environments are divided by grade (K-5th). At the 9am service children gather in the gym for worship and large group, then finish the hour in their small groups. At the 11am service children begin in small group classrooms, then gather in the gym for worship and large group teaching, and finish again in their small groups.
Where and When do I drop off my child and pick them up?
Head to the gym! Children (ages 0 through 5th grade) will be checked in and receive a name badge at the registration desk.
After check in, drop off your children in the gym at 9am and in their small group rooms at 11am. Parents should pick up their children after both services from their small group rooms.
