Guest Services

At Crossroads we believe that first impressions make a huge impact.  Therefore, Guest Services is made up of individuals who love creating welcoming environments for every guest at Crossroads.  From giving directions to a parking space to selling the newest sermon CD, a guest service team member is always looking for ways to make people feel welcome and connected.

Greeter -  Welcome people as they enter the parking lot and church doors on Sunday morning.                               Hand out worship folders.  Help direct new guests to children’s check-in and the sanctuary. 

Usher - Welcome and meet people as they arrive to the sanctuary.  Direct families to children’s check-in               and offer assistance as needed.  Assist guests in finding seating.  Assist in the worship service as needed.

Information Desk - Answer any question that someone may have about Crossroads and our ministries.

Security Team - Handle emergency situations including medical, fire and possible evacuation.

Coffee Bar Barista - Prepare coffee machines and food items for guests, serve guests, & clean up bar area and equipment after service.

Children’s Check-In - Prepare computers and printers for check-in procedure.  Meet and welcome the children and their parents to UpStreet & KidStuf.  Print name tags and register new families.

Children’s Check-In Greeter - Warmly greet people as they arrive.  Assist with registration process and finding their appropriate environments.

Outside the walls

At Crossroads we want to reach out and care for individuals beyond our building and meet people where they live.  The Outside the Walls Team goes to homes and shares Crossroads and Christ with those they meet. 

Cookie Ministry - Bake and deliver cookies to first time guests of Crossroads.

Shut-In Ministry - Contact people unable to attend Crossroads  via mail, phone, or home visit.

Drivers - Pickup and drive those without transportation to church on Sunday or as needed.
