You're invited to our Leaders Launch on Thursday, September 18th at 7 pm in the Gathering Place. Dinner and childcare will be provided. Our theme is Equipping You to Lead, Empowering Others to Grow and it's open to all Community Group, Mission Group, Community on Mission, and ministry leaders! We'll celebrate what God is doing, cast a vision for spiritual formation, and become equipped to make disciples in our church and community. Whether you’re a new leader or have been serving for years, this is for you!
Groups are launching the week of September 21!
Getting involved in groups at Crossroads is the best way to make church more than just a place you attend. Groups create an atmosphere where relationships are built and spiritual families are formed.
At Crossroads, groups are ongoing and you can join at any time! We encourage you to try one for a few months to see if it’s a good fit. You’re never stuck in a group—there’s always freedom to explore where God is leading you.
We offer four main ways to connect:
1. Community Groups are designed to help you grow together in your faith and build authentic relationships. They include:
Life Topics – Focused on a specific life stage or theme.
Foundations – Introductory courses that establish a foundation for following Jesus.
Bible Study – Dive into God’s Word through focused study and discussion.
Spiritual Formation – Deepen your walk with God through spiritual practices and emotional health.
Special Interests – Connect with others through shared activities and passions.
2. Mission Groups are where we serve together, sharing the love of Christ through action and fellowship.
3. Communities on Mission are groups that grow and serve together, blending spiritual growth with the call to serve others.
4. Ministries are larger, church-wide communities that gather for events, service, connection, and support. They’re a great way to get plugged in and meet others!
