Interested in joining on the next trip?
Each summer we send a missions team to Kenya in partnership with Kenyaluk Medical Foundation! Our missions team is comprised of individuals who can help us meet medical needs (medical background), those who can participate in spiritual ministries, and those who are able to provide general assistance. Prior to the trip, the missions team meets regularly, learning about Kenyan culture and language, as well as plan fundraising for medical supplies and other resources.
Summer 2027 travel dates TBD - including travel to/from Dulles International Airport
Activities on past trips include hosting medical clinics that will include general medical services and health education, as well as a women’s spiritual conference, and a pastors’ conference for local clergy.

Partner with Us Financially
You may not be on the plane, but you can still be part of the mission!
A single gift can help place a doctor or nurse in a clinic, provide life-giving medicine, equip pastors with resources, or open the door for a woman to experience encouragement, community, and the love of Jesus. And what’s incredible is just how far your generosity can go! For example:
$8 for a workbook of resources
$12 to pay for 1 local nurse for 1 day of medical clinic
$20 to sponsor attendance for 1 woman to attend a spiritual conference
$30 to sponsor 1 pastor to attend 1 day of a professional conference

Stitching Together: Sewing Ministry
Since 2016, the Stitching Together Sewing Ministry have sewn 6,810 dresses from donated materials and sent them around the world to girls (toddlers to teenagers) in areas at risk of human trafficking. A homemade dress helps a child look as if she belongs to a family. Dresses have been distributed through schools, churches, and medical ships in Peru, Curaçao, Paraguay, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Latvia, Haiti, Philippines, Costa Rica, and Congo.
The group meets at Crossroads the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month from 10:00am - 12:00pm in room 107. Sew at home or join in person on Thursdays for a great time sewing and sowing God’s love.
Not a sewer? The Stitching Together group could also use help in the following areas:
Ironing
Assembling dress kits for sewing at home
Boxing, mailing, and delivery
Donations to defray cost of extra supplies and shipping boxes.

Faith Promise Giving
WHAT IS FAITH PROMISE GIVING?
The Church of the Nazarene acknowledges that “Faith Promise Giving” is a biblical method used by many local churches for raising financial support for world evangelization. A Faith Promise is a love gift to God, to be given beyond tithe. In our denomination, it is dedicated specifically to the World Evangelism Fund, which distributes to missions promoted by Nazarene Missions International (NMI), such as Alabaster, World Mission Broadcast, Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, and more. This centralized oversight ensures long-term support, sustainability, and significant accountability for:
